Lingotto Project is a reference to the famous Fiat factory, designed by Giacomo Mattè-Trucco between 1915-1926.
It is a scale representation of a building reminiscent of the classical Roman Empire and Italian Futurism. On the roof of the building there is a circuit where theYagan runs, the first and only Chilean car destroyed by the 1973 coup.
In the background the last words of Salvador Allende as the ultimate failure of the promise of the emancipation of men and women.
